Expert Conclusion (voluntary hygienic certificate).
Expert conclusion can be issued in case a customer needs a confirmation of the hygienic characteristics of his product. Expert conclusion is not needed for customs clearance procedures, however having these document could simplify product clearance. This certificate will be valid on the territory of Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan).
What products are covered by expert conclusion?
Expert conclusion being voluntary document can be issued for all types of different products.
How to obtain expert conclusion.
Products must be sent for testing to the laboratory. In some cases it’s possible to issue expert conclusion based on the documentation without product testing. Lead time is 2 weeks. Price of expert conclusion is about 800 EUR. The EAC mark can’t be applied after receiving expert conclusion.
